180° is a Transitions produced training program designed to provide a guide to understanding, interpreting, and responding to individuals who demonstrate behaviors that frustrate our efforts to work with them, care for them, provide services to them, or simply live with them. The 180° program consists of two audio CD’s, printed text, reference, and support materials, and is available for individual or group sale. Presentations based on the program are available for small or large groups in half or whole day sessions.
